As a longtime believer and follower of the low-carb Atkins lifestyle, I have found that these delicious wafers have been the ticket for my family to avoid regular 'cracker' products. For a number of years, Atkins had a'cracker' on the market. With the change in their product offerings, I could no longer find the items. I had gastric bypass surgery this spring and must have a LOT of protein, no sugar, low carb, all in very small amounts. I don't know where I found your parmesan gourmet wafer crisps, but I do know I love them! I crumble one crisp on top of a mug of high-protein broth, and it totally "kicks up" the flavor. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I stumbled across your crisps at Wegman's and couldn't be happier! My favorite flavor is the Sesame so far, but there are still a couple flavors I can't wait to try! Like many, I'm on a restricted diet (no gluten, among other things) and these tasty treats give me the crunch I've been missing. (In my book, baby carrots don't count!) With the crisps, I can make mini-"sandwiches" with thin-sliced meats or even fruit like apples. Delicious!

First off, I wanted to let you know I am very excited about finding your product! My daughter is 5yrs old, and on the Ketogenic Diet to control epilepsy. The diet has worked well for her, however she stopped eating in the last week, and I couldn’t get her to eat anything. I found your crackers, and she now DEVOURS them. The diet is very restricted, but with the crackers I can put all kinds of spreads that she is allowed, plus she gets a crunch. (her diet is VERY low carb diet – so not a lot of texture in most foods).

BRAVO! As a vegetarian, non sugar eater with celiac disease my food choices are limited. I have managed to come up with a satifying diet however, the "crunch" has definitely been missing.
